RV Detail Technicians

Poulsbo RV is looking for full time RV detailer. Opened in 1986, we are one of the largest high volume dealers in the nation and carry all major brands of RVs. At Poulsbo we make customer satisfaction a priority. Must have reliable transportation and ability to work outside, and a willingness to learn. This position has a sense of urgency.
Weekend work may be required occasionally.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
• Washes, waxes and details vehicles on time and within schedule
• Communicates courteously with management, staff, co-workers
• Maintains a clean professional uniformed appearance
• Supports the work of other department staff
• Maintains rapport when working with customers
• Maintains a safe work ethic while working with others
• Ensures a safe and clean work area
• Sweeps and cleans work areas, custodial duties
• Notifies supervisor immediately of issues or challenges
• Other duties as assigned
WORKING CONDITIONS:
The DETAILER works outside in various weather conditions. Workers are expected to sit or stand for periods of time while performing job tasks. Light lifting, pulling, stooping, crouching, kneeling, and carrying may be required. Detailing work is also done inside an RV.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A working knowledge of teamwork and customer service. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
