Class C Coaches are the classic, what we think of when we remember RVing in our childhoods. They are the most versatile of motorized RVs, too; they come in gas versions, diesel versions, and even hyper-powered Super C motorhomes. They are typically built on a truck or van chassis, so they come in a wide variety of floor plans and sizes. All are easier to drive, more maneuverable, and far easier to have repaired than Class As.

Class C Camper Vans

Like a Class B, these are the smallest Class C RV coaches, but built on high end vans like the Mercedes Benz Sprinter. They are great behind the wheel: nimble, fuel efficient, and easy to park and drive. Inside, they utilize the most clever of space-saving techniques to get the most from every inch. Usually between 24 and 26 feet long, they still manage to sleep between 4 and 6 people.

Winnebago, always leading the way, was the first North American RV manufacturer to build Sprinter-based Class Cs, and we are pleased to carry several of their best offerings.

Class C Gas Motor Homes

Gas powered Class Cs tend to be the most affordable coaches. So, if you’re looking to get the most for your money, a gas coach might be the best Class C for you. They still come in a wide variety of sizes and features as their diesel siblings, but have the advantage of both price and ease of repair.

Given their spaciousness and multi-passenger features, Class C RVs are a great option for families or groups of friends.

Class C Diesel Motor Homes

As with all diesel motorhomes, Class C campers offer power and efficiency that is unmatched. That extra power allows for more of everything: more space for living, more storage space, and features galore. They often come with residential kitchens, family-friendly sleeping capacity and the towing power to bring along larger loads. Due to their engines, they also break down less frequently, and hold their resale price better than other Class C Motorhomes for sale. For families that want to live life on the road, they are a great choice.

Class Super C Motor Homes

If you want even more than a Class C Diesel Motorhome, then a Super C Class RV (sometimes called C+ coaches) might fit your unique needs. They are built on larger truck chassis, and have an enormous powerplant that will provide as much horsepower as a Class A Diesel Pusher.

With their wide wheelbase, superb towing power and massive storage space, C+ coaches are filled with all the luxuries of a Class A motorhome. They’re durable, designed for hundreds of thousands of miles of heavy road use. And best of all — should something go wrong while you’re on the road — you can pull in to almost any service station that handles large trucks.

We offer a wide selection of Class C+ RVs from the best manufacturers, from Thor Motor Coaches , Dynamax, and even Tiffin. If you think a Super C is the best fit for you, give us a call. We’ll show you around.

What Class C Motor Homes have Bunk Beds?

Most people buy a Class C Motorhome for their family-friendly reputation. Choosing one with bunk beds can extend a coach’s sleeping capacity all the way to 10. These family-ready vehicles are called Bunkhouses, and are often denoted by the letters BH in their model numbers. But not always, so be sure to add “bunkhouse” to your specifications when you browse.

One of our most popular Class C Bunkhouse floorplans is the FOREST RIVER SUNSEEKER 3250SLE, which sleeps 10 in comfort and style!

Do Class C Motor Homes require a CDL?

No, Class C coaches do not require a CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) to drive, not even those built on semi frames and engines. This is because they are considered recreational vehicles and not commercial vehicles. However, it is important to check the specific requirements of your state as regulations may vary.
