PGI Photographer Process

  1. Check-In/Out: Always check in and out with a sales manager.
  2. Photo List: Do you have the list of what WE PROVIDE for the RVs that need photos? If not ask the sales manager or Anthony. A new list is sent out every Monday morning.
  3. Review with Sales Manager: Before checking out, go over the list of photographed units with the sales manager.
  4. Report Unready Units: If an RV isn’t photo-ready (unmade beds, clutter, or lack of cleaning), notify the store.
  5. Photo Quality: Take your time to capture clear, well-lit images—avoid blurry or dark photos.

Lighting & Staging Tips for the stores to do:

  • Take photos during the daytime with natural lighting for the best clarity.
  • Open curtains and turn on interior lights to brighten the space.
  • Clean and declutter all areas before taking pictures.
  • Stage the RV to look inviting (e.g., make the bed, set the table, and arrange pillows neatly).
