I just wanted to let you know that I had a great experience with one of your transportation drivers. I was on I-5 pulled over just south of Seattle out of fuel when one of your truck pulled over to check on me. Your drivers name is Bryan and when I told him what my problem was without hesitation he went to his truck and got out a gas can. He put 5 gallons of diesel in my Horizon and got me on my way. I really appreciated what he did for me and my family. I offered to pay for the fuel he said "not necessary we've all been there". I just thought someone at Poulsbo RV should know what he had done. Let me take this opportunity to introduce myself.  My name is Don S. , I reside in Lynden, WA In August of 2003 I purchased a new RV 2004 Fleetwood Prowler Lynx 31' travel trailer at your Everett, WA location and this was my first RV experience.  When I purchased my RV travel trailer we lived in North Bend, WA and since that time I have lived in various locations throughout the Pacific Northwest.  I initially used your service facility at your Everett, WA location and was treated well by your service employees and was satisfied with my overall service experience there.  In 2004 I moved to Eugene, OR and used various other service facilities in Oregon and I was satisfied with my service experience down there bit it was nothing out of the ordinary.  After relocating to Lynden, WA I started using your service facility in Mt. Vernon, WA in December of 2008.  It was at that time that I first met Dan Flora your service manager in Mt. Vernon, WA. and I have been extremely pleased and satisfied with the quality of service that Dan has provided to me over the past 2 years.  As I indicated above I am a neophyte RV'er and Dan has been an invaluable source of information, support, assistance and help to me.  I have complete trust and confidence in Dan and I feel very good about trusting the servicing of my RV to him and Poulsbo RV.  Anytime I have a question about the operation or maintenance of my RV I always call Dan and he is always willing to get me an answer to my questions.  This past summer my wife and I completed a 10,000 mile RV trip across the US and we had some service difficulties and Dan was always only a phone call way ready, willing and able to answer my  concerns and to help me make the right decisions concerning my RV.  Because of Dan I am willing to drive the 50 miles from my house to Poulsbo RV in Mt. Vernon even though there is an RV dealership and service facility located in Lynden only 10 minutes from my house.  Dan is a tremendous asset to your business and he represents your company in a very courteous, knowledgeable and professional manner.  I have had extensive experience with suppliers of RV service all over the US and no one has come close to providing the high quality of service that I have come to expect from Dan Flora and Poulsbo RV in Mt. Vernon, WA.

I would also like to compliment Marti Olson the Parts Manager in Mt. Vernon, WA.  as she has been very helpful in assisting me and my wife in selecting various RV accessories for our travel trailer.
