Job Description
Our Motto is “We sell fun". Your responsibility is to cultivate a customer base through walk in traffic, phone calls, internet leads, and outside prospecting. Knowledge of our products and the ability to show and demonstrate them to our customers is the key to your success.  This is a sales performance based position where your income potential is unlimited.

Skill Set

  • Must be goal minded consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
  • Demonstrate RV’s by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking test drives; comparing competitive models; promoting the RV lifestyle.
  • Prospect daily for potential customers; maintain consistent rapport with previously sold customers.
  • Ability to over come objections; ask for the sale; negotiate price; and close the sale.
  • Phone skills and etiquette.
  • Organized in your paperwork and workspace. Neat penmanship and appearance required.

F&I Manager

JOB OPENING: Finance And Insurance
Poulsbo RV has been an industry leader in the Pacific Northwest for the last 25 years. We have locations in Auburn, Kent, Everett, and Mt. Vernon that sell and repair RV's. Poulsbo RV is currently recruiting professional individuals for the position of FINANCE & INSURANCE MANAGER.   
The ideal candidate will provide insurance and financing services to customers by verifying sales information, determining need for financing, evaluating customer creditworthiness, preparing financing and legal documents, selling products and services, and maintaining rapport with customers.
Work Location: 1 position in Kent and 1 position in Auburn

Duties Include:

  • Verifies purchase information by reviewing sales contract data; conferring with sales department; making adjustments as needed.
  • Determines customer creditworthiness by studying customer credit application; obtaining credit reports; analyzing information; comparing customer evaluation to organization standards; searching for lenders in information system; forwarding applications to lenders; conferring with loan underwriters and loan processors; obtaining stipulations when required; approves or rejects loan.

 

  • Prepares transaction documents by completing loan agreements, Department of Motor Vehicle registration, and related documents.
  • Confirms sales contract information by disclosing data, provisions, finance charges, and interest rates to customer; ensuring understanding of content.

 

  • Sells products and services by reviewing desire/need for insurance, credit insurance, extended warranties, anti-theft devices, appearance protection packages, etc.; explaining options, provisions, and premiums.
  • Maintains dealership reputation by building and maintaining customer rapport; answering questions; providing information; resolving discrepancies and dissatisfactions; maintaining a satisfactory Customer Satisfaction Index; complying with federal, state, and local regulations; helping others comply.

 

  • Maintains customer confidence and organization stability by keeping information confidential; helping others comply.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

RV Wholesale Parts Salesperson

Poulsbo RV is the #1 RV Dealer in the Pacific Northwest. We have locations in Auburn, Kent, Everett, and Mt. Vernon that sell and repair RV's. Poulsbo RV is currently recruiting a professional individual for the position of RV WHOLESALE PARTS SALESPERSON for our Everett location.  
An experienced salesperson is needed to grow our RV wholesale parts business. We sell B2B wholesale RV parts throughout the United States. Our primary goal is new account acquisition and reinforcing existing accounts. Our ideal candidate will be an energetic in-house sales professional who can handle a high level of inbound / outbound calls. You will cold call, prospect and qualify end user accounts and let them know we’re open for business and ready to help them with their RV parts needs. You will be the liaison between the parts department, insurance companies and repair centers providing fast accurate quotes and close the sale. You will build our reputation as a vendor source in the RV parts market and establish long term customer relations. This position is scheduled to work Monday thru Friday. 
Skill Sets

  • Generate customers through phone sales, cold calling tactics, prospect, qualify, identify customer needs and exhibit excellent follow up skills
  • Posses extraordinary sales presentation techniques and selling skills
  • Closes the deal successfully and ensures a sale is made
  • Develops rapport and builds long term buying relationships
  • Prepares accuracy and timely quote requests to the Parts department
  • Calls prospective customers to explain products offered
  • Quickly identifies customers buying needs, and adapts selling skills to meet those needs
  • Possess the ability to pick up the phone and generate sales
  • Works closely with parts managers, general managers and parts staff
  • Secures and places orders with other inbound team member for processing
  • Assists the Parts department by providing outstanding customer service
  • Handles a high volume of inbound calls and comfortable using a telephone
  • Quickly identifies customers buying needs, and adapts selling skills to meet those needs

Requirements

  • Must have strong RV or Automotive parts knowledge, 3 years minimum
  • Must have Telemarketing/Customer Service experience.
  • Background in the Recreational Vehicle Industry, Aftermarket Accessory Sales, Automotive Part sales preferred
  • Familiarity with RV Dealer Parts Networks a plus
  • Must be able to email, fax, phone and any other media required to answer customer requests when placing orders in a quick and timely manner.
  • Must read and write English fluently
  • Professional written and communication skills a must and demonstrate computer basic abilities.
  • Must be flexible with working hours and work well with other team members.
  • Must be a self motivated team player with a drive for perfection
  • Must be goal oriented and driven to succeed
  • Must have a proven track record of reliability and punctuality
